These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the ViriPay platform (the “Platform”), including our website and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). ViriPay is operated by ATNM Digital Solutions Ltd. ("ViriPay", “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its registered office at 1055 West Georgia Street, Suite 2400, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6E 3P3, Canada, Reg. No.: BC1461185, and it is authorised and regulated by the British Columbia, Canada. All services are provided outside the Canada.
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
“Account” – means your registered account with ViriPay.
“User” – means you, the individual using the Platform.
“Digital Assets” – crypto assets including cryptocurrencies.
“Card” – refers to the virtual ViriPay payment card issued to you.
“Fees” – forms of compensation you pay to ViriPay (detailed in section 4).
2. Changes to Terms & Platform
We may modify these Terms, Services, or Fees at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform or notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance viripay.com.
3. Use of Third‑Party Platforms & Network Requirements
Using our app may involve third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play). You must also ensure your device and network provider comply with any data/usage fees .
4. Fees
Unless otherwise agreed, Users agree to pay the following Fees:
Card issuance: $4 per virtual card.
Crypto top-up: $1.99 + 3.5% per transaction.
Monthly maintenance: $0.99 per month, charged automatically.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Eligibility & Account Registration

“Account” – means your registered account with ViriPay.
“User” – means you, the individual using the Platform.
“Digital Assets” – crypto assets including cryptocurrencies.
“Card” – refers to the virtual ViriPay payment card issued to you.
“Fees” – forms of compensation you pay to ViriPay (detailed in section 4).

You may not hold more than one personal Account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Platform are the exclusive property of ViriPay or its licensors. Use is limited to these Services. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse-engineering any content viripay.com.
7. Risk Disclaimer & No Warranty
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of continuous or error-free operation viripay.com.
You acknowledge the inherent risks of digital assets, including volatility, security risks, network failures, and applicable regulatory or technical risks play.google.com, viripay.com.
8. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViriPay, Atnir Capital Ltd., and their affiliates, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms .
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account or access to Services for reasons including, but not limited to:
-breach of these Terms
-suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity
-requests from legal or regulatory authorities
-at our discretion, for any reason
No compensation is due for terminated access.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Virgin Islands. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in British Virgin Islands, following the BVI Financial Services Commission, and the award will be final and binding .
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data. You must review and agree to it to use ViriPay.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ViriPay, superseding prior agreements .
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
Headings are for convenience only and carry no legal weight.
